Fitz is a simple chatbot helping you achieve positive changes in life. It uses a reduced, self-help version of FIT.

The app encourages you to practice your imagery and boost your own confidence. In effect, you will learn how imagery can serve you as a self-motivating tool and the app can help you get started without practitioner input.

‘Goal In Mind’ is a free app designed to help you work on your goals through the use of imagery. It allows you to store photos that represent your goal and related behaviours, and to listen to a guided imagery session.

You can also keep a record of your imagery practice and goal progress.

Please note, one issue with both apps is that lock-screen needs to be turned off, so that you do not need to keep tapping the screen for the exercises to continue.

Both apps were designed and are maintained on research budgets kindly provided by Queensland University of Technology, so they are not as flash perhaps as more commercial apps, but they are evidence based and free for all which is a big bonus!
